Afternoon Tea is something I’ve been wanting to do for a little while, giving me the perfect opportunity to experience it was last week when it was my sister and my mums birthdays, so yesterday we headed out for afternoon tea for belated birthday celebrations.Thankyou Gluttons!
Since it was my first ever afternoon tea, I was unsure how to dress (casual, formal?) so I opted for a simple inbetween, wearing my vintage Ralph Lauren polo and Topshop skinny jeans.
I can’t drink tea, so opted for a simple Hot Chocolate, and honestly it was the best hot chocolate I’ve ever tasted.
This Afternoon Tea also gave me the experience of eating raspberries for the first time ever, and well, it looks like I have a new favourite fruit.
The tea room that offered the Afternoon Tea itself is simply beautiful, it felt very English and very traditional, the china was beautiful and my sister even joked about taking it home with her.
We’ll definitely be coming back here for some more afternoon tea, I’ve fallen in love with this spot and this was definitely a great first experience!
