Not too long ago, I came across the store House of Need. I keep saying how desperate I am for new jewellery, so I was really excited to find this store and see all of their beautiful products. Keep reading to see what I ordered from them!

So who are House of Need? Why do I like them?
House of Need is an online jeweller based in the West Midlands. I originally found them through Instagram, not really thinking much of it, and much later on I saw on their page that the guy who does my tattoos also designed a ring for them, making me realise they were probably a lot more local to me than I had realised.
I definitely feel like the jewellery on House of Need suits my tastes, as you may or may not know depending on how often you read on here, my taste in clothes and music definitely leans to being more rock-influenced, which I think the jewellery that House of Need sells has a very strong vibe of being.
There are so many pieces that I love on the website (and I’m due a treat so who knows what I’ll be purchasing), and I’ve been trying to grow my accessories a little more and wear more accessories in my outfits this year.
My first ever purchase from House of Need was actually a ring sizer, I had already decided on the rings that I liked the look of the most, and I was ready to purchase, until it came down to deciding on what size of ring I am. Considering the rings all go over £15 I didn’t want to take a chance by guessing what size I was, so I ordered their ring sizer, measured the size of my fingers and a few days later, ordered my first ever House of Need ring.
When I first put this ring on, I instantly noticed the insane quality of it, it’s brilliant to say the least. The design itself reminds me of a traditional tattoo, it’s a sailboat with rope as a border and it’s right up my alley. What I especially love about this ring though, is how it fits. Now, I did order the ring sizer so I could get the correct size, obviously, but the ring just feels so right on my finger, I don’t feel the constant need to turn it around so that the design is facing the front, and it doesn’t annoy the hell out of me after an hour or so of wearing it like some rings tend to do.
My Favourite Picks
I’ve worn the ring out a few times and it’s actually gotten a lot of compliments, it looks good with a pretty basic outfit and a leather jacket, and I do think it stands out best when you wear it on its own since it’s such a bulky ring.
