If you’re a fan of make up, I’d advice you to subscribe to a Glossy Box, this month I had two lipsticks and a mascara, which I was absolutely delighted about. One of the lipsticks was a Lip Parfait butter cream, which RRPs for £12.95 from Trifle Cosmetics, this is a very light shade which would look great with a subtle face of makeup. The full sized lipstick is also a lipstain by Universal Beauty Cosmetics. This shade is to die for – it’s kind of rose gold, and looks fabulous. The mascara is a PS Love from Primark, I’ve never tried Primark make up before so I’m quite excited to try this.
Also inside the glossy box was a The Body Shop sample for Drops of Youth Concentrate, which is a skin formula to defy ageing – as an 18 year old, I don’t think I need this, but it’s worth trying out.
I was also sent a Bee Good facial exfoliator – this is most definitely not vegan friendly, it uses a lot of honey from British bees, so this would probably not be the best if you’re a vegan subscriber, but if you’re not, then there’s nothing to worry about and you should give it a try. For a sample, this comes in a pretty large bottle as well.
Finally, I was also sent a shampoo by Head and Shoulders, called New Beauty. This is probably one of the nicest smelling shampoos I’ve ever found. It smells like fresh flowers, and it is actually gorgeous. I can’t wait to try it.
